يمكنك طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع مع استرداد قيمة المنتج خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلامه، بشرط أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية وقت الشراء.
تُطبَّق الشروط والاستثناءات المنصوص عليها في قانون حماية المستهلك. ولا يخل شرط الحالة الأصلية بحقوق العميل المقررة قانونًا في حالة وجود عيب بالمنتج.
You may request an exchange or return for a refund within 14 days of receiving the product, provided it is in its original condition at the time of purchase.
The conditions and exceptions under Egyptian consumer protection law apply. The original-condition requirement does not limit your statutory rights if the product is defective.
